• The serrated blade should always be used by itself.

• Please note that when using the julienne blade, the straight
horizontale blade must be inserted.
Advise for an even easier cutting :
dampen the upper plate before cutting
24 cutting teeth (5/32'' spacing 4 mm)
10 cutting teeth (3/8'' spacing 10 mm)
