Problems
A connected device does
not communicate with
other connected devices .
The Expert Menu is not
accessible .
Dirty marks appear on the
wall around the device .
If you were not able to solve your problem, contact a professional with your device references found
on the nameplate (commercial code (C), serial No. (E)), room temperature and maybe the programming
system references . You may also have to provide information contained in the Information Part of the
Expert Menu .
Check
Make sure the device is properly connected (see "CONNECTIONS"
section) . Cancel the whole Connecting Devices Together procedure
and start over .
The maximum number of devices that can be connected together
is 5 .
The maximum range is 100m open space / 20m2 concrete slabs .
You saved a PIN . You must enter your PIN to access the Expert
Menu (see Expert menu section) .
If you forgot your PIN, enter the code 081 .
The dirty marks come from the bad quality of the air in the room . In
this case, you are advised to check that the room is correctly aired
(ventilation, vent duct, etc.), that the air is clean and not to smoke in
the room . Your device will not be replaced under guarantee because
of these dirty marks .
