SOSTITUZIONE DELLA MOLLA
Per sostituire la molla della frizione si deve:
svitare il corpo frizione 3 facendo attenzione che il filetto è sinistro;
•
sfilare l'anello radiale 4
•
svitare la ghiera 5
•
sfilare il distanziale 6 e la molla 7
•
sostituire la molla e rimontare in successione il distanziale, la ghiera, l'anello radiale e il corpo frizione.
•
Durante le suddette operazione, fare attenzione che l'innesto 18 non si sfili dall'albero 14.
CHANGING THE SPRING
To change the spring, proceed as follows:
Unscrew the clutch body 3 ( the clutch body has a left-handed thread).
•
Slide out the ring 6.
•
Unscrew the ring nut 7.
•
Slide out the spacer 9 and the spring 10.
•
Fit the new spring and then fit, in the following order, the spacer, the ring nut, the ring- and the clutch body.
•
During this operation care must be taken to stop the coupling 20 from sliding off the shaft 17.
REMPLACER LE RESSORT
Pour remplacer le ressort de l'embrayage:
dévissez l'embrayeur 3 en faisant attention au filet qui est gauche;
•
dévissez la bague radiale 6
•
dévissez I'écrou 7
•
ôtez l'entretoise 9 et le ressort 10
•
remplacez le ressort et remontez dans l'ordre l'entretoise, !'écrou, la bague radiale et l'embrayeur.
•
Au cours de cotte opération, faites attention que l'embrayage 20 ne sorte pas de l'arbre 17.
ERSETZEN DER FEDER
Zum Ersetzen der Kupplungsfeder wie folgt vorgehen:
Den Kupplungskörper 3 herausdrehen; dabei das Linksgewinde beachten.
•
Den Radialring 6 abziehen.
•
Den Stellring 7 herausdrehen
•
Das Distanzstück 9 und die Feder 10 herausziehen
•
Die Feder ersetzen und nacheinander das Distanzstück, den Stellring, den Radialring und den Kupplungskörper
•
wieder einbauen.
Während der oben beschriebenen Arbeiten darauf achten, daß die Kupplung 20 nicht von der Weile 17 abgezogen wird.
CAMBIO DEL RESORTE
Para cambiar el resorte del embrague hay que:
destornillar el cuerpo embrague 3 prestando atención porque la rosca es izquierdä
•
extraer el anillo radial 6
•
destornillar la virola 7
•
extraer el distanciador 9 y el resorte 10
•
cambiar el resorte y volver a.montar en sucesión el distanciador, la virola, el anillo radial y el cuerpo embrague.
•
Durante las operaciones arriba detalladas, evitar que la conexión 20 se salga del eje 17.
