STARTING
The motor starts automatically when you push the inserter along its axis (fig. 3).
ATE version: the motor will start when the valve is operated.
STOPPING
The motor stops automatically when the preset tightening torque is reached or when the operator stops pushing the
inserter along its axis.
ATE version: When the torque setting is reached, switch off the valve. This will reset the motor stop system and the motor
will be ready for the next start-up.
SCREWING COMPLETED SIGNAL. The screwing motors ALCYO ACCU-TRK
where you can with the connector supplied pick up the 'torque setting reached' signal. The signal is present when the
motor is running and is absent when the supply pressure is on. When the preset torque is reached, the mechanical clutch
slips and shuts off the air supply. This stops the signal. The signal can be incorporated in a pneumatic logic circuit.
DÉMARRAGE
Le moteur démarre automatiquement quand une poussée axiale est exercée sur l'interrupteur (fig. 3).
Dans la version ATE, le moteur démarre suite à l'actionnement de la soupape.
ARRÊT
Le moteur s'arrête automatiquement quand le couple de serrage prédéfini est atteint ou quand l'opérateur n'exerce plus
aucune poussée axiale sur l'interrupteur.
Dans la version ATE, une fois le couple atteint, il faut désactiver la soupape pour que le système d'arrêt moteur se
remette à zéro et que le moteur soit prêt à redémarrer.
SIGNAL DE VISSAGE EXÉCUTÉ. Les moteurs de vissage ALCYO ACCU-TRK
extérieur; en y montant le raccord fourni, il est possible de relever le signal indiquant l'obtention du couple prédéfini. Le
signal est présent avec le moteur en rotation et s'annule avec la pression d'alimentation. De cette façon, l'embrayage
mécanique glisse jusqu'à atteindre le couple prédéfini et ferme l'air d'alimentation, le signal s'annule et peut être utilisé
intégré dans un circuit de logique pneumatique.
