The following list includes normal cases which are not caused by defect in workmanship or
materials.

SOLUTION
Connect the power cord and outlet
Check the household socket and
fuses.
Leave the unit to run longer
Under such conditions a low cooling
performance is normal
We recommend using a more
powerful cooler/humidifier
Reduce flow, e.g., close windows and
doors
Clean the filter as recommended in
the instructions
Be careful when moving your
appliance
Clean the filter and/or place the unit
on the flat and solid surface.
