Active Subwoofer System
Operation of the subwoofer system is easy,
even for users without any expert knowl-
edge. However, please read these instruc-
tions carefully prior to operation and keep
them for later reference.
1 Applications
The PSUB-418AK is a powerful active sub-
woofer system. It is suited as a low-fre-
quency complement to an existing audio
system with special requirements concern-
ing low-bass reproduction. The PSUB-
418AK is ideally matched to the speaker
series PAK-400 and features the same
cabinet design.
An integrated limiter will protect the
speaker and prevent signal distortion. For
mobile applications, the subwoofer system
offers castors and carrying handles. A
stand sleeve on the upper side of the sub-
woofer system allows for insertion of a
spacer tube. Thus, a speaker system can
be installed on top of the subwoofer sys-
tem.
