8.0 TROUBLESHOOTING

TURN OFF THE APPLIANCE COMPLETELY AND LET COOL BEFORE SERVICING. ONLY A
QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSON SHOULD SERVICE AND REPAIR THIS ELECTRIC APPLIANCE.

TEST SOLUTION
Inspect the LED and replace them if necessary
Inspect the Main PCB Board and replace if necessary
Inspect the ember bed LED's and replace if necessary
Inspect the Main PCB Board and replace if necessary
Unplug power or turn-off the circuit breaker, allow appliance to
cool for 15 minutes
Reset temperature setting
Inspect the blower and heater and replace it if necessary
Unplug power or turn-off the circuit breaker, allow appliance to
cool for 15 minutes to reset the thermal switch, then plug in or
turn it on.
Reset house circuit breaker
Replace the fuse
Check plug and plug it in
Unplug power or turn-off the circuit breaker, allow appliance to
cool for 15 minutes, then plug in or turn the breaker on.
Inspect the circuit board and replace it if necessary
Replace batteries in remote control
The heater has a built-in thermostat so it will shut off
automatically once the pre-set temperature is reached. It will
also turn on automatically if the room temperature drops below
the pre-set temperature
Unplug power or turn off the circuit breaker, allow appliance to
cool for 15 minutes, then plug in or turn the circuit breaker on.
Re-program appliance to original settings.
