lever (5) to the starting position.
Wiring the generator: (B1)
Now connect the device that you want to employ
to a 230-V plug socket (8).
Warning The generator is suited only for devices
which work at AC power.
The maximum load should not be above 720 W.
Continuous operation: approx. 6 hours
Do not connect the generator to a household
electric power system, since this can damage the
generator and/or other electrical devices.
Important
The generator produces from voltage uctuations
that may damage the following appliances:
- Television sets
- Audio and video appliances
- Products or appliances with an electronic con-
troller
Caution Under heavy working conditi-
ons, electrical devices have a bigger power
consumption than the one declared by the
manufacturer.
The generator has an overload protection device.
When overloaded, this device automatically
disables the 230-V socket.
Whenever this happens, decrease the power
supplied by the generator.
The socket can be restored by pressing the
overload protection switch (7).
Turning o the generator:
Before turning o the generator, it is advisable to
let it run for a short time without load, in order to
"cool down" the engine.
Set the On/O switch (6) on the "STOP" position.
Close the fuel tap (3) by turning it to the left (B3).
Grounding the generator (B4)
In order to avoid any possible electrical shocks
from the connected electrical devices, the gen-
erator must be put to ground.
For this purpose, connect the grounding con-
nection (9) of the generator to an external
ground by means of a piece of cable (e.g. a
water pipe, a gutter pipe, a lightning rod, an iron
bar stuck in the ground [approx. 30 cm deep]).
There is DC12V-5.3A(10) in rear cover.
Maintenance and Care
To clean the generator, employ a moist cloth. Do
not employ any detergents, solvents or sharp
objects.
Regularly remove the static dust from the venti-
lation holes and from the moving parts by means
of a soft brush.
If the generator is not employed for a long period,
empty the fuel tank.
Repairs
Only employ accessories and spare parts recom-
mended by the manufacturer. If, regardless of our
quality checks and your care, the device breaks
down, you should have it repaired by a speciali-
zed and authorized electrician.
Before shipping empty the fuel tank.
Environmental Protection
To dispose the device, the accessories and the
packaging, do not simply throw them into a
waste container, but bring them to a waste recy-
cling center.
Our environment will take advantage from the
short loss of time needed for such an operation.
