To remove the belt, hook the belt

Remove metal nozzle guard and pull
brushroll and belt straight out from
unit.

Dip the belt lifter inside the belt
access area and hook the belt
around the lip of the belt lifter.
Slip the belt onto the motor shaft
until the belt lifter base meets the
shaft. To ensure proper belt
placement, gently turn belt lifter
counterclockwise and remove.
Make sure belt is on shaft.
