Julienne Insert
The triangular julienne insert (9) is attached to the V slicer (8).
Use
ATTENTION!
■
Only use fresh and, if possible, untreated food. Make sure that the food is not rotten
or mouldy.
■
The cutting edges are sharp. Handle the product with care!
■
Rinse all inserts immediately after use to prevent the formation of germs! Do not al-
low any food residues to dry on (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter).

tling Parts" chapter.

1. Attach the egg separator (3) to the frame.

Place the julienne insert into the triangular recess on the
bottom of the V slicer and tighten it using the locking
wheel.

Unscrew the julienne insert when you do not require it.
2. Break a raw egg on the edge of the egg separator and
carefully allow the egg to slide from the shell into the egg
separator. The egg white will fl ow into the collecting con-
tainer, and the egg yolk will remain in the egg separator.
3. Attach the egg slicer (4) to the frame.
4. Open up the egg slicer, place a boiled egg into it and then
fold it shut again in order to cut the egg into equal slices.
1. Attach the citrus press (5) to the frame.
2. Wash a citrus fruit and cut it in half, press the fruit against
the citrus press and turn it back and forth as you do so.
The extracted juice fl ows into the collecting container.
