1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Concept / Concept / Konzept
The Gemini is a modular 9-or 6 digit or 12 alphanumerical characters scoreboard
that uses LED technology and allows indoor as well as outdoor applications.
Full compliance is granted for timing products such as athletics, cycling, speed skating,
ski and horse jumping via the Swiss Timing protocol.
Beside the leading LED amber technology, each 24cm digit consists of 150 LED's (140
LEDs for the 20cm height alphanumerical characters) for optimal contrast and crystal
clear display up to 120 meters. Moreover the LED brightness is automatically adapted
to the surrounding light through an integrated sensor.
The compact grey aluminium housing has an acrylic finish to guarantee the best
protection against the elements. The scoreboard is designed to be installed against a
wall or between supports.

alphanumérique la technologie LED et permettant une utilisation à l'intérieur
comme à l'extérieur.
Une compatibilité complète est offerte avec les appareils de chronométrage par le
protocole Swiss Timing pour les sports tels que l'athlétisme, le cyclisme, le patinage de
vitesse, le ski et l'hippisme.
Chaque digit de 24cm de haut est composé de 150 LEDs ambres pour un contraste
optimal et un affichage parfaitement lisible jusqu'à 120 mètres.
Chaque caractère de 20cm de haut est composé de 140 LEDs ambres pour un
contraste optimal et un affichage parfaitement lisible jusqu'à 100 mètres.
La luminosité des LEDs est automatiquement adaptée avec un senseur de lumière
intégré.
Le boîtier compact en aluminium avec une peinture acrylique garantit la meilleure
protection contre les éléments. Le tableau a été conçu pour être monté contre un mur
ou entre deux poteaux ou pieds.

Alphanumerischbuchstabe hat eine Schrifthöhe von 20cm und setzt sich aus 140
Amber LED's. Dies garantiert einen optimalen Kontrast und eine gute Lesbarkeit bis zu
120 Meter Entfernung. Zudem wird die Helligkeit der LED's mit einem integrierten
Lichtsensor automatisch angepasst. Das kompakte Aluminiumgehäuse mit einem
Acrylfarbüberzug schützt das Modul. Die Geminianzeige ist vorgesehen für eine
einfache Wandmontage oder für eine Befestigung zwischen zwei Pfosten.
