Baclyser ® TL/TR (3M)
The Baclyser ® TL/TR 3M is a CE-marked, sterile, point-of-use tap filter for use in high-risk
areas in medical facilities for the prevention of bacterial nosocomial infections caused by
Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Legionella pneumophila, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia or
Staphylococcus aureus in immunocompromised and immunosuppressed patients. To
achieve this intended use, a specific combination of retention of these bacteria in the filter
membrane structure and specific measurements to prevent retrogarde contamination with
these bacteria on the filter outlet, are necessary.
Le Baclyser ® TL/TR 3M est un filtre terminal marqué CE pour robinet, degrade stérilisant,
destiné à être utilisé dans les zones à haut risque des établissements médicaux pour la
prévention des maladies infectieuses bactériennes nosocomiales causées par Pseudomonas
aeruginosa, Legionella pneumophila, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia ou Staphylococcus aureus
pour les patients immunodéprimés. C'est la combinaison de rétention des bactéries dans la
structure de la membrane, et de mesures spécifiques en sortie de filtre pour minimiser le risque
de contamination bactérienne rétrograde, qui permet à ce dispositif d'accomplir sa mission.
Baclyser ® TL/TR 3M es un filtro de agua de grado estéril en punto final para grifo, con
marcado CE, que se instala en áreas de alto riesgo de centros sanitarios para prevenir
infecciones bacterianas nosocomiales causadas por Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Legionella
pneumophila, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia o Staphylococcus aureus en pacientes
inmunodeprimidos. Para lograr este uso previsto, es necesaria una combinación específica
de retención de estas bacterias en la estructura de la membrana del filtro y medidas
específicas para evitar la contaminación retrógrada de estas bacterias en la salida del filtro.
