5.3 Operation

•
After the installation and prior to connection clean the device according to the
instructions from section 6.2 "Cleaning".
•
Connect the device to the electric power supply source. First connect the power
supply cable to the adapter for mains power supply, then connect the plug to the
earthed socket.
•
The digital display will show the preset temperature value and the LED cooling
indicator will come on.
•
The device should reach the preset temperature before placing the food products
inside.
