n)
The specified vibrations emission was measured
using standard measurement methods. Vibrations
emissions may change if the device is used in
different surroundings.
o)
The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance
may not be carried out by children without
supervision by an adult person.
p)
It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of
the device in order to change its parameters or
construction.
q)
Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
r)
Do not overload the device.
s)
Do not touch articulated parts or accessories unless
the device has been disconnected from the power
source.
t)
Do not leave this appliance unattended while it is in
use.
u)
Clean the device regularly to prevent stubborn grime
from accumulating.
v)
Avoid accidental switching on. Do not shift the
machine connected to the power supply with your
finger on the switch. Make sure that the machine
switch is in the "off" position when connecting the
power cord.
w)
When working with the machine, pay special
attention to the kickback phenomenon, which is
a sudden reaction of the machine to the rotating
disc being blocked. The consequence of locking
the rotating tool is the jerk of the machine in the
direction opposite to the disc rotation. The kickback
is a consequence of improper use of the machine.
x)
Do not use parts or accessories not designed to work
with this device, unless they have been indicated by
the manufacturer as compatible.
y)
The rated speed of the accessory must be at
least equal to the maximum speed of the device,
otherwise accessories that rotate faster than the
rated speed may be destroyed.
z)
Parameters of used accessories (discs, sandpaper)
must be in accordance with the technical parameters
indicated in the table; otherwise the device may not
be properly secured and controlled.
aa)
Attaching the accessories must be compatible with
the device's mounting hardware.
bb)
Accessories not suited to the device's mounting
hardware may lose their stability, over-vibrate, and
the control over them may be lost.
cc)
Do not use accessories which are damaged. Before
every use, check their condition in terms of chips,
cracks, tears or excessive wear.
dd)
Should you drop the device, check it for damage.
After inspection and replacement of damaged
elements, set the device securely with respect to
the user and the third parties so that all are away
from the rotating elements. Turn on the device at
the highest speed and allow continuous operation
for about 1 minute. Damaged parts during this
procedure ought to fall apart.
ee)
Hold the device touching only the insulated handle
surfaces. It is possible you may come across hidden
wiring or hit your own power cord while working.
Contact with the power cord may cause electric
shock.
ff)
Keep the power cord away from rotating parts. If you
lose control over the device, the cord may be cut or
caught, and a limb may be pulled into the rotating
accessories.
10
gg)
Do not put the device away until it stops working and
is switched off. Rotating elements may come into
contact with the surface and rip out the equipment
from the user's grip.
hh)
Do not operate the device when worn on the
body. Accidental contact of rotating accessories
with clothes you wear with may cause the rotating
elements to come dangerously close to your body.
ii)
Do not use accessories that require the use of cooling
substances. The use of water or liquid coolant may
cause electric shock.
jj)
Hold the device firmly so that you can resist the force
in the event of a kickback. Use the auxiliary handle, if
available, to obtain maximum control over kickback
or torque during start-up.
kk)
Do not position yourself body in the direction in
which the kickback can occur. The kickback will direct
the device in the direction opposite to the rotation.
ll)
Pay special attention when working corners or sharp
edges. Avoid locking and contact with random
objects while working. It may result in losing control
over the device.
mm) Do not attach (timber) chainsaws or toothed saw
blades to the device. Such accessories often cause
kickbacks and a loss of control over the device.
nn)
Keep the accessories in good condition, i.e. they
must be sharp, unused and free of dirt and/or
deformations. In the event of damage, replace the
accessory with a new one with matching parameters
oo)
PLEASE NOTE: Exposing the user to vibrations may
cause loss of sense of touch, numbness, tingling and
weaker grip. Prolonged exposure may lead to chronic
disease. Try to limit exposure time to vibrations and
use anti-vibration gloves.
pp)
Use the tool only when you are stationary.
qq)
l) Please note: Before turning the tool on, make sure
that the handle is locked in the selected position.
Adjust the handle only when the tool is turned off.
rr)
m) The disc guard must be securely attached to the
tool and positioned so that the smallest possible
area of the disc is exposed on the operator's side
The guard helps protect the operator from broken
material, accidental contact with the disc and sparks
which can ignite the clothing.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protective features, and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there is
still a slight risk of accident or injury when using the
device. Stay alert and use common sense when using
the device.
3. USE GUIDELINES
The tool is used for metal and stone cutting, grinding,
deburring, and brushing without using water. Operations such
as polishing and satin finishing are not recommended due to
the disc high rotation speed.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
unintended use of the device.

Rotation speed control (MSW-EAG1200 model)
It is possible to adjust the rotation speed while the grinder is
working. To adjust the rotation speed, turn the speed control
dial to the selected position (MIN, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, MAX).
Grip position adjustment (MSW-EAG2200 model)
Please note: Do not adjust the grip position while the tool is
working. To adjust the grip position, move the grip adjustment
button in the direction opposite to the spindle. Then turn the
grip to the desired position, as shown by the arrows on the
tool (90˚ clockwise/ counter clockwise).
Directions for use
Do not resume the cutting operation on the workpiece.
The disc should reach its full speed away from the
workpiece, only then you may start cutting.
Make sure that you don't put excessive pressure on the
disc. Avoid locking the disc in the workpiece.
Do not make excessively deep cuts.
If you can, always secure the workpiece, e.g. with
clamping tools or in a vise.
Support oversize objects to minimize the risk of
a kickback or the tool being blocked. The supports
must be placed both under the workpiece near the
line of cutting, and close to the outside edges of the
workpiece on both sides of the grinding disc.
Take particular care when making a cut (a window) in
an existing wall or other work area, as the grinding disc
may hit and cut gas or water pipes, electric cables or
other objects which can cause kickback and become
a life hazard.
Release the ON/OFF button and set it to the off
position when the power supply is interrupted, e.g. in
the event of a power failure or the mains plug being
disconnected. It prevents uncontrolled restarting.
Do not touch grinding discs and other rotating parts
before they cool down. These elements can get very
hot during the tool operation.
At low temperatures or after a long period of inactivity,
it is recommended to turn on the tool without load for
a few minutes so that the drive mechanism may work
properly.
Only use grinding discs with a maximum thickness of 6
mm on the MSW-EAG2200.
