Fill pump to correct mark and check often.
Use synthetic blend, nondetergent air compressor oil.
1. Unpack the air compressor. Inspect the unit for damage. If the unit has been
damaged in transit, contact the carrier and complete a damage claim. Do
this immediately because there are time limitations to damage claims.
The carton should contain:
• air compressor
• operator/parts manual
• 17 oz. bottle of oil
• handle
• self tapping screws (handle assembly)
• wheels
• shoulder bolts (wheel assembly)
• Hex nuts (wheel assembly)
• washers (wheel assembly)
• air filters
2. Check the compressor's serial label to ensure that you have received the
model ordered, and that it has the required pressure rating for its intended
use.
3. Assembling the compressor (Figure 2)
It will be necessary to brace or support one side of the unit when
installing the wheels because the compressor will have a tendency
to tip.
Assemble Wheels (C)
1.
Attach wheels with shoulder bolts and nuts as shown.
2.
Tighten securely.
NOTE: The unit will sit level if the wheels are properly installed.
