Cause and solution

Overload protection

The motor may stop running when the internal overload protection is activated to prevent overload of motor.
If the motor stops, please take the following steps:

● Press the "O" (OFF) button.

● If the squeezing screw fails to run after reverse operation, then it means overheat protection is
activated. In this case, please unplug the power plug and leave the juicer to cool down for at
least 30 minutes.

Reduce the amount of ingredients being fed in and push them gently into feeding tube.
