quelque nature au code source du logiciel TallyGenicom.

LICENCE SUR UNE BASE "EN L'ETAT", SANS GARANTIE
D'AUCUNE SORTE, EXPLICITE OU IMPLICITE, Y COMPRIS,
SANS LIMITATION, LA GARANTIE QUE LE LOGICIEL INTEGRE
EST EXEMPT DE DEFAUT, COMMERCIALISABLE, ADAPTE A
UN USAGE PARTICULIER OU DE NON VIOLATION. LA
TOTALITE DU RISQUE AFFERENT A LA QUALITE ET A LA
PERFORMANCE DU LOGICIEL INTEGRE VOUS INCOMBE. EN
CAS DE DEFAILLANCE QUELCONQUE DU LOGICIEL INTEGRE,
VOUS (ET NON RED HAT, TALLYGENICOM, TOUT AUTRE
CONTRIBUTEUR OU DISTRIBUTEUR) SUPPORTEZ LE COUT
DE TOUTE INTERVENTION, REPARATION OU CORRECTION.
CETTE DENEGATION DE GARANTIE CONSTITUE UNE PARTIE
ESSENTIELLE DE CETTE LICENCE. AUCUNE UTILISATION DU
LOGICIEL INTEGRE N'EST AUTORISEE AUX PRESENTES,
SAUF DANS LE CADRE DE CETTE DENEGATION.
4. Termes conflictuels
Vous reconnaissez que ce contrat ne vous accorde aucun droit
supplémentaire concernant la garantie, l'assistance,
l'indemnisation ou les conditions de responsabilité relatifs à Red
Hat, Inc., TallyGenicom ou aucun contributeur au logiciel intégré
autres que ceux indiqués dans la licence Red Hat eCos Public
License v.1.1 ou toute garantie expresse consentie par
TallyGenicom.
