 Arrhythmien (z. B. ventrikuläre Tachyarrhythmien)
 Kardiale Thromboembolie, Luftembolien
 Perforation des Vorhofs oder Ventrikels (Myokard/Endokard) mit oder ohne Stimulationsverlust oder
Herzkammerflimmern
 Koronararterienspasmus, Koronararterienthrombose, Koronararteriendurchtrennung
 Transitorische ischämische Attacke (TIA) und apoplektischer Insult
 Lungenembolie
 Myokardinfarkt
 Totaler Herzblock
 Tod
