2. Setting of the end points in retracting direction:
2.1 Retract the awning and stop it ca. 50 cm before reaching the desired
end point with the transmitter and following rotate the adjusting screw
for the correspondent end point ca. 20 times in the minus direction.
2.2 Retract the awning slightly further and stop it with your transmit-
ter, if the motor has not yet stopped autonomously shortly before
reaching the desired end point.
2.3 Should the awning already stop before reaching the desired end
point, press the button for the retracting direction and rotate the
correspondent adjusting screw in the plus direction until the motor
has reached the desired end point.
Continuation if the motor has not yet stopped:
2.4 Open the awning slightly, so that the awning is ca. 50 cm opened.
Rotate the adjusting screw 20 times more in the minus direction and
check if the motor has stopped autonomously shortly before reaching
the desired end point.
2.5 If the end point has not yet been reached, repeat this step until
the motor stops and go on with the point 2.3.
You can additionally mount to your awning other Jarolift® hand and wall transmitters. You can program them by means of the copy function as follows:
Copying the radio code
1. Press simultaneously the UP and DOWN button on the already
programmed transmitter. Press then 8 times the STOPP button on this
transmitter. The motor will vibrate for confirmation.

2. Press now within 5 seconds the button UP and DOWN simulta-
neously and then briefly the STOP button on the new transmitter
where you want to copy the code. The motor will vibrate for confir-
mation. The code will now be copied on the new transmitter.

IMPORTANT!

The UP button must close the awning! If the awning is e.g. controlled by a
sun / wind sensor or a vibration sensor, the awning would open if the
motor's direction of rotation was set incorrectly!
An incorrectly set direction of rotation of the motor can lead to considerab-
le damage to the awning and to personal injury!

Attention: make sure that the end point in retracting
direction is set so that the awnings are not pulled too
strongly to the suspension tube. This aims to prevent
damage to the awning system.
3. Run the awning to check both the end points. If the awning stops at
the set end points, the limit switch setting is completed.
4. Please note that the motor is provided with a thermal protection
switch and that it may be that the motor stops, because after a few
movements it has reached a high temperature. After ca. 15-20 minu-
tes cooling time the motor is ready for operation again.
5. Changing the end points:
Retract the awning in the middle position and start from the begin-
ning again.

Press then 6 times the STOP button.
2. Press then within 10 seconds the UP button. The motor will confirm
the deletion of the code through a short vibration

Changing the direction of the rotation
Press simultaneously the UP and DOWN button on the transmitter.
Press then the STOPP button 4 times.
Press then within 10 seconds the UP button. The motor will confirm
the deletion of the code through a short vibration.
ATTENTION! When you change the direction of the ro-
tation the transmitter will be removed from the motor.
Please program it again as described above.
