SERVICE RECORDS: It is recommended that service records be kept on permanent file. This information
should include: Model Number, Serial Number, Date of Service, condition prior to service, parts replaced by
Part Number, Lot Numbers of applicable parts, and condition upon completion of service. An "Inspection and
Maintenance Log" is provided for this purpose in the back of the "Sealed-Blok Self Retracting Lifelines User
Instructions" (5903059 or 5903078).
For traceability purposes, record the lot number of the FAST-Line
Replacement Log" on the back cover of this manual.
3.0 FAST-Line™ REPLACEMENT LIFE LINE INSTALLATION
3.1
BEFORE YOU START: Verify that all parts are included with the FAST-Line™ Lifeline Replacement Kit (see
Table 2). Make sure all tools required for replacing the lifeline are on hand (see Table 3).
