STEP 5 -
WARNING! To install non-Elkron ("OTHER") cameras, check that they can reply to a
HTTP request providing a snapshot in JPEG format with maximum resolution 1280x720.
Note: Use of "Static IP" is recommended.
For example, URMET "BOOST" cameras can be used (models: 1093/139M2 – 1093/141M2 –
1093/142M2 – 1093/176M2 – 1093/177M2 – 1093/178M2).
The following instructions are valid also for Elkron TC19 (80TC1U00133) and TC20 (80TC1V00133)
cameras.
Proceed as follows, if these cameras are used:

Connect (V3.70 or higher). If the versions are not up-to-date, download the update from
the Elkron website.
Connect the LAN cable to the camera directly to the PC.

Prepare and set up the following IP address and network parameters on the PC:

IP:192.168.1.10 -- Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Note: The default IP address of the camera is 192.168.1.168
Using Internet Explorer access the camera programming

Set IP address, Subnet Mask and Gateway (to select the default IP address, Subnet Mask

and Gateway of the camera, connect to the router of your network and check the IP
address mode).
Select main stream resolution to 1280 x 720, save and quit.

Connect the camera to your network.

Reset the PC network parameters for operation on your network.

Start Hi-Connect or IP-Connect.

Configure the camera (see Step 4)

Set the following programming parameters:

User Name and Password
In "Full Image URL" enter the following string:
"/Snapshot/1/RemoteImageCapture?ImageFormat=2"
In "Image URL" enter the following string:
"/Snapshot/1/RemoteImageCapture?ImageFormat=2"
Save and transfer the programming to the Web Server.
