USE AND MAINTENANCE:

Before removing the diagnostic unit, make sure the switch is in the OFF position.
Any unauthorized changes may cause a short circuit that may damage the unit, therefore always
contact the authorized person or send the unit back to the manufacturer.
Switch off the unit completely before changing the lamp.
CLEANING:
Do not sterilize the product. It can be cleaned and disinfected using 70% isopropyl alcohol. Avoid using
abrasive cleaning materials.
1) Lens:
The lens can be cleaned using a moistened cotton-tipped applicator with a solution of water with mild
detergent. Do not use abrasive ultrasonic cleaners, alcohol or other chemicals to clean the
lenses as this degrades the lens or mirror quality by scratching the coated surface of the lenses.
2) handle with main unit:
Disconnect the unit from the mains before cleaning. The handle can be cleaned with a moist cloth. The
handle should not be dipped into water. While cleaning, make sure that the lamp is not soaked with water.
Periodically check the handle and unit.
Autoclaving and flash sterilizing the handle will result in severe electrical damage.
