UNFOLDING:
•
Hold the treadmill base (A) with your hand.
•
Slightly press the treadmill base (A) downwards.
•
Then firmly press your foot against the hydraulic cylinder (B) in order to release the
folding mechanism. The base frame will slowly move down automatically.

Displays the speed under normal operation mode.

Speed range: 1.0 - 20 km/h
•
Displays P1-P24-FAT under setting mode.
TIME
•
Displays the running time (exercise time).

Count-up timer range: 0:00 - 99:59
•
After counting up to 99:59, the treadmill will stop smoothly and
the displays shows End.
•
When counting down, it will show the time elapsed from the set
time to 0:00.
•
After counting down to 0:00, the treadmill will stop smoothly
and the display shows End.
DIS.
•
Displays the running distance.
•
Exercise distance range (count-up): 0.00 - 99.9 km
•
After counting up to 99.9 km, it will restart counting from 0.
•
When counting down, it will show the distance elapsed from
the set distance to 0.
•
After counting down to 0, the treadmill will stop smoothly and
the display shows End.
CAL.
•
Displays the runner's burnt calories.
•
Range (count-up): 0 - 999 calories
•
After counting up to 999 , it will restart counting from 0.
•
When counting down, it will count from the set data down to 0.
•
After counting down to 0, the treadmill will stop smoothly and
the display shows End.
PULSE/INCLINE
•
Displays the runner's heartbeat and the incline.
•
When the runner holds the pulse handles with two hands, the
computer can calculate the runner's heartbeat and display it.
•
Pulse range: 50 - 200 beats/minute (The data are not medical
information and are for reference only).
•
Incline range: 0 - 16 percent.
