4. It is advised to place the monitor's travel case under your arm for support and to keep your arm at optimal
height for measurement.

TAKING YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE READING

1. Apply the cuff or press the START/STOP button, the monitor will activate and begin to detect your wrist position.
2. Adjust the height of your wrist, the monitor will detect your wrist position and the measurement will start
ONLY when the correct position is detected. When the position is correct, press "START/STOP" button again
to start measurement.
