Problem

Solution
Change the type of coffee if nec-
essary. Wipe out the empty bean
container with a dry cloth.
Clean the milk frother or its holder
(see "Cleaning the milk system").

Use low-fat milk (1.5 % fat).
Wet the milk frother parts and
press together firmly.
Descale the appliance using two
descaling tablets, if necessary
