The profile elements of the central part of the ceiling
structure are pushed as far as possible in the first part
after it is installed.
On the opposite side, proceed with the installation of the
side element and the rest of the ceiling element as in
described in c to e.
Then they pull the middle part out of the already installed
first side part of the ceiling element, connect it with the
opposite part and tighten the fixing screws.
Note:
If you need to use wheels to enter the separated area,
you can do so by taking out a profile piece from the floor
element.
f) Fine adjustment and securing
On the outside, clamp the corner seals (70 x 70) to the
four corners up and down so that they, if possible, do not
protrude from the side, which is subsequently covered
with the CQ sheeting and that they are positioned evenly
in relation to the profile surface.
For optimal placement of the corner seals and for the
fine adjustment of the Cover Quick Wall , align them
®
by slightly loosening the screw connections between the
profiles and pulling them out or in to the right length.
Check if the seals of the U and T profiles adhere evenly
to the wall, ceiling and floor surfaces. If the profile seals
do not cling to the surfaces tightly, shift one of the sup-
ports so that the pressure is evenly distributed and the
tightness is ensured.
Then tighten all fixing screws to ensure a stable stand
and check if the telescope supports are firmly secured.
