Mains connection
- Only connect to single-phase alternating
current and only to the mains voltage
specified on the rating plate. The device
can also be connected to sockets without
an earth contact, because it is designed for
protection class II.
Li-ion rechargeable batteries
- These batteries are supplied partially
charged. The LEDs on the battery indicate
the charge level.
- If the battery is not used for a long period
of time, it will switch to standby mode.
- The battery will switch o automatically
if it becomes completely discharged (ex-
haustive discharge is not possible).

- The battery can heat up significantly if
subjected to extreme loads. In this case,
the battery will switch o .
- In that case, insert the battery into the
charger to recharge and activate it.
- The charge level can be displayed by
pressing the button on the battery. The
battery can remain in the power tool for
this purpose, but it must be switched o
at least 1 minute in advance (otherwise
the display will be inaccurate). The number
of LEDs that light up indicates the charge
level. A flashing LED signals that a power
reserve of at most 10% remains.
- Basic requirement: if the power tool does
not function after the battery is plugged
in, connect the battery to the charger.
The displays on the battery and charger
then indicate the battery charge level.
- At low temperatures, it is possible to con-
tinue working at reduced power.

Note
The vibration level specified in these in-
structions has been measured according to
a measuring process defined in the EN 60745
standard and can be used for comparing pow-
er tools with one another. It is also suitable
for a provisional estimate of the vibration
load. The specified vibration level represents
the chief applications of the PowerCure
dispenser. However, the vibration level may be
di erent if the PowerCure dispenser is used
for other applications, with di erent tool
inserts or if it is not maintained adequately.
This can significantly increase the vibration
load during the entire working period. The
times during which the device is switched
o or is indeed running but is not actually
in use should also be considered, so as to
make a precise estimate of the vibration
load. This can significantly reduce the vibra-
tion load during the entire working period.
