3.4 Replacing the paper filter bag (Figure D)
Open the flap as shown with the cover release knob (A1)
Remove the suction hose (C1) by lightly turning towards the left and pulling out the bayonet connection.
Remove the dust bag (D1) and dispose of it correctly. Insert a new dust bag (D1). Please note that the dust bag must be inserted into the guides on
the inside of the casing.
Attach the suction hose (C1) to the appliance. The suction hose (C1) is firmly attached to the appliance by simple insertion and a light turn to the
right.
Replace cover and close the machine.
Warning!: Operation without a paper filter bag inserted or without an inlet filter can lead to damage to the machine and will be at your own risk!
3.5 Checking and replacing the inlet filter (Figure E)
The inlet filter (E1) is attached to a flange (E2) and may be removed without tools and with little effort. Check the inlet filter, vacuum with another vacuum
cleaner or replace with a new one. Place the inlet filter on the flange and fix with moderate force. The inlet filter must always be securely attached during
operation.
Warning!: Operation without an attached inlet filter can lead to damage to the machine and will be at your own risk!
3.6 Checking and washing out of the washable inlet filter.
Remove filter from tool.
Wash filter out under running water. Process is simplified using a weakl dose of Resal (Dosage approx. 1%)
Warning!: Not machine washable.
Let filter dry completely
Warning!: Damp or wet filter can damage the tool or destroy the machine.
Install filter as described in point "Checking and replacing the inlet filter".
Tip: To avoid above use two filters alternately.
3.7 Checking and replacing the exhaust air filter (Figure F)
Pull out exhaust air filter cage (A7, F1). Check exhaust air filter (F2) and replace if necessary. Insert exhaust air filter (F2) again.

CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE

Wetrok machines are tested in the works for safety. For reliable operation and maintenance of value, regular servicing must be performed.
Servicing shall only be performed by the Wetrok Service Department or authorised specialists.
4.1 Fault finding and rectification
Paper filter bag overfilled?
Suction pipe, suction hose or nozzle obstructed?
Inlet filter coated with dust?
Exhaust air filter obstructed?
Secondary air valve open at handle?
Motor shut off by thermal overload switch (overheating)?
The suction motor of the Monovac 6 and 11 is provided with a thermal overload switch. This shuts off the motor automatically if it overheats. After coo-
ling off (may last up to 30 minutes), the motor starts up again.

SPECIAL INLET FILTER FOR MONOVAC 6 AND 11
An ultrafilter (for airborne particles) and a washable polyester filter are available as special accessories for the Monovac 6 and 11. Both may be attached
to any machine in place of the inlet filter without any conversion work. For assembly see the section „Checking and replacing the inlet filter".
