Operation
1 Filling in water
Open the tank lid. Only fill the tank with as much drinking water as you want to brew. ATTEN-
TION: Regardless of the number of cups selected in step 4 , the entire water from the water tank
will be used. Make use of the marks on the tank and on the jug. Close the tank lid.
2 Inserting filters
Open the filter lid. Insert a filter in the filter holder. Slightly press the filter against the sides of the filter
holder to make sure it will remain in place.

The marks on the water tank and on the
jug do not match precisely, as water is lost
in the form of steam during the brewing
process and as humidity in the coffee
grounds. The marks on the water tank
help you to use the correct amount of wa-
ter. Attention: Do exceed the MAX mark,
as otherwise, the glass jug or the coffee
filter might spill over.
The filter holder must be posi-
tioned tightly and lock into place
with a click.
