Attention: Put down the appliance and pull out the power plug before performing any checks or work on the blades.

Terms of warranty

Keep the warranty card or proof of purchase completed by the
seller in a safe place.
WOLF-Garten provides a guarantee of 24 months from the time of
purchase representing the particular state of technology and the in-
tended purpose/application. The legal rights of the end consumer are
not affected by the following warranty guidelines.
Requirements for the 24-month claim to warranty:
- Device intended exclusively for private use.
The warranty is reduced to 12 months if the device is used in
commercial or rental ventures.
- Proper handling and observance of all indications in the operating
instructions, which are part of our warranty terms and conditions.
- Observance of the prescribed maintenance intervals.
- No unauthorized alteration of the construction.

Possible cause
Not connected to voltage supply
Faulty connection cable
Top of casing not closed properly (safety shutdown
device is tripped)
Blade unit blocked
Faulty capacitor
Extension cable too long or cross section too small
Socket too far from main connection and connecting
lead cross section too small
Dull blade.
Solution
Check protection
Check the cable (electrical expert)
Close top of casing properly and screw,
remove dirt if required.
Switch off appliance, remove mains plug
and clean appliance on the inside
Give appliance to authorised WOLF
customer service centre for repair.
Extension cable min. 1.5 mm², max. 25
m long. In the case of longer cable cross
section min. 2.5 mm
Changing blades
- Installation of genuine WOLF replacement parts/accessories.
- Provision of completed warranty card and/or proof of purchase.
The warranty does not cover normal wear of the blades, blade attach-
ment parts such as friction plates, V-/toothed belts, rotors/rings, air fil-
ters, spark plugs or spark plug connectors. Unauthorized repair
automatically renders all claims to warranty null and void.
Flaws and defects caused by material or production flaws will be re-
paired exclusively by our contractual service locations (the seller has
the right to remedy the problem) in your area or the manufacturer (if
location is closer). Claims beyond the terms of warranty are excluded.
No claim to the delivery of the replacement is valid. All transport dam-
ages are not to be reported to us but rather to the person/company re-
sponsible for transport. Any replacement claims are inapplicable, and
the transport company is responsible instead.
