Advice for a long battery service life
Lithium-ion batteries do not have the known "memo-
ry effect". Nevertheless, a battery should be fully dis-
charged before charging it, and the charging process
should always be fully completed. If the batteries are
not used for a while, store them partly charged in a
cool place (10-25 °C).
NOTE: Reduced operating durations after charg-
ing indicate a worn battery. The battery must be re-
placed.
Maintenance and Care
m WARNING! Disconnect the mains plug before all
work. Do not use water or liquid detergents.
Cleaning
• Remove dirt and dust from the casing using a brush
or a dry cloth.
Storage
• Store the device in a dry and frost-free (10-25 °C)
place.
• Store the battery and the device separately from
each other.
