Turn the piston slowly and carefully back up to the set limit stop –
the ignition timing has been found; the breaker contact must open
exactly at this moment and the test lamp connected to the contact
must light up. The test lamp should be connected to terminal 1 of
the ignition coil or to the breaker contact, as well as to the ground.
The ignition should be turned on.

5 | Storage and care

If the TDC finder is stored or used in a damp environment, treating
the metal parts with a hard-wax vehicle care product will protect
them from corrosion.

6 | Warranty

Your TDC finder is covered by the statutory two-year warranty. The
warranty period begins on the date of purchase. The warranty does
not cover normal wear and tear, use of the product for anything other
than the intended purpose, damage caused unauthorised or inexpert
modification or repair, or changes to the technical specification. The
same applies to damage due to improper storage and maintenance.

7 | Disposal

Packaging disposal
Please dispose of the packaging appropriately. Dispose
of cardboard and cardboard boxes with waste paper and
dispose of plastic film with recyclables.
TDC finder disposal
(Applicable in the European Union and other European countries with
systems for separate collection of recyclables).
Dispose of the TDC finder with scrap metal via a recycling centre in
your municipality/district.
