2. Tighten the outside ring nut to 190 Nm (19.0 m · kg, 140 ft · lb) while holding the inside ring nut.
3. Loosen the inside ring nut to 240 Nm (24.0 m · kg, 175 ft · lb) while holding the outside ring nut.
