5. System Arming
To arm the system push once Button 1 of the remote control.
Arming is confirmed by:
2 turn indicators alternate flashing (right-left-right-left)
2 acoustic signals (bleep)
LED turns on (quick flash)
The system is operating after 40 sec. «Standby Time»: the motorbike cannot be started
After 72 hours from the arming, the system will go into "Energy Saving Mode", to preserve the battery life.
NOTE: during the «Energy Saving Mode» all protection functions (see point 9.) are active: only the remote
controls are not working. To disarm the alarm system turn the ignition key in ON position then push button 1 of
the remote within 10 sec.
NOTE: The system cannot be armed when the engine is running
6. System Disarming
To disarm the system press once Button 1 of the remote control.
Disarming is confirmed by:
1 turn indicators alternate flashing (right-left)
1 acoustic signal
warning light (Led) OFF
NOTE: in order to preserve the life of the motorcycle battery, after 120 min. from disarming, the system will go into
«Energy Saving Mode», reducing the consumption to a reading near zero. In this situation the remotes are not
running: the normal system activity is automatically reset when the ignition is turned on again.
7. Panic function
This function may be activated both when the alarm is armed or disarmed by pressing button 2 of the remote control:

8. Self-checking of the system
During the 40 sec. after activation of "Standby Time", the system runs a full diagnosis of the plant; any fault which is
detected will be notified by acoustic signals as follows:
movement sensor
key positive
o.e. saddle pushbutton (if existing)
motorcycle battery
9. Protection functions
The alarm system is equipped with special protection functions, which prevent any possible tampering to the motor
cycle or to the system itself. These functions are operating after the initial 40 sec. "stand-by time" with the exception of
the «Engine cut-off» function, which is immediate operating after arming.
Engine cut-off: it prevents any motor cycle engine starting attempt.
Lifting/movement : the electronic sensor detects any motor cycle position change as regards to the originally one
before the arming.
Ignition key: it detects any motor cycle ignition key tampering trying to start the engine.
Cable cutting: it detects any possible alarm system cable handling attempts or motor cycle battery disconnection.
O.e. saddle pushbutton (if existing): it detects any possible attempt opening the saddle compartment.
