• Fold down mattress support again and reinstall stepped lifting device or
put laths back into lath pockets.
• In order to prevent the Bettlift swinging more than 90° into the cabinet,
we recommend fitting buffers at the top on the left and the right
(alternatively a wooden lath can be used), see Fig. 17.
• Lay mattress on the slatted support and secure with bedding retainer
straps 9, see Fig. 1 on page 4.

• Fully extend bed frame with installed front
panel.
• Slightly lift slatted mattress support, press
together stepped lifting device 1 and remove,
fold up slatted mattress support, see Fig. 15.

• O r, press laths out of lath pockets to screw on
the front panel.
• Firmly screw front panel 8 to bed frame with
Hospa pan-head screws 12 through the pre-
drilled holes in all transverse tubes,
see Fig. 16.
