The Trinity Effective Lip and Eye Attachment is intended for facial stimulation and is indicated for
over-the-counter cosmetic use.
I M P O R TA N T I N F O R M AT I O N
• Use the Trinity Effective Lip and Eye Attachment only as described within this User Manual. The
risks and dangers of using it in any way that does not follow this User Manual might be unknown.
• Your Effective Lip and Eye Attachment has a unique serial number located on the underside of the
attachment. Record your serial number and register your device online at www.MyNuFACE.com.
A registration link can be found at the bottom of the webpage.
• In addition to guidance within this manual, also refer to your NuFACE Trinity
CO N T R A I N D I C AT I O N S F O R U S E
• Do not use this device if you have a history of epilepsy or seizures
• Do not use if you have had recent surgery or other surgical procedures.
• Do not use if you have an electronic implanted device such as a defibrillator, neurostimulator,
pacemaker, or ECG Monitor. If you use a body-worn medical device, such as an insulin pump –
consult your healthcare provider.
• Do not use if you have any active cancer or over any suspicious or cancerous lesion.
• Do not use this device if you are pregnant. The safety of electrical stimulation during pregnancy
has not been established.
• Do not use on infants or children under the age of 18.

WA R N I N G S
• If you are under the care of a physician, consult your physician before using this device.
• Discontinue using the device and consult your healthcare if you experience an adverse reaction
from using the device.
• Apply stimulation only to normal, intact, clean, healthy skin. Do not use over red, swollen,
infected, or inflamed areas or skin eruptions, e.g., phlebitis, thrombophlebitis, broken capillaries,
varicose veins, etc.
• Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have any underlying skin conditions.
• Do not use the Effective Lip and Eye Attachment on the groin, or crossing over the heart.
• Do not apply stimulation across your chest as the introduction of electrical current into the chest
may cause rhythmic disturbances to your heart, which could be lethal.
• Do not operate the Effective Lip and Eye Attachment in the presence of electronic monitoring
equipment (e.g., heart monitors, heart tracing) or in close proximity (e.g. 1 m) to shortwave, microwave
or electromagnetic therapy equipment as it may cause the medical equipment to malfunction. Such
equipment may produce instability in the device output and cause burns at the stimulation site.
• Do not use this device when there is a tendency to bleed following acute injury or breaks in bones.
• Do not apply stimulation over areas of skin that lack normal sensation.
• Device should not be used at extreme temperatures.
• Do not apply stimulation over painful areas. If you have painful areas, you should consult with your
healthcare provider before using this device.
• Keep all electrical appliances (including the Trinity Effective Lip and Eye Attachment) away from
water (including baths, showers, and sinks).
• Do not apply stimulation while bathing or showering.
