ThE FEATUREs
The structure is constituted by a high quality steel sheet body, hermetically welded,
equipped with adjustable feet, completed with ECOKERAM hearth and basin fire
surface, for a correct control of the ash.
The structure is completed by a shell which realises an air space for the circulation
of the heating air.
Heating air circulates via natural convection (N version) or else via an optional
forced air kit (V version), see page 15.
2
Particular care has been taken in the inlet of the fuel air in the hearth to guarantee
optimum fuelling, a calm flame and a very clean glass.

coal.
The amount of the primary air is adjustable depending on the draught of the flue
through a mobile deflector (14) installed at the front of the hearth (fig.3).
5
By using the mobile deflector for a flue with a weak draught, it is possible to increase
the intake section of the primary air and vice versa, decrease it in case of excessive
6
draught.

The fuel and glass cleaning secondary air
after having been heated during its path.
14
The amount of the secondary and glass cleaning air is pre-calibrated and heated
during the transit of the uprights at the sides of the hearths mouth.

Removable handle for opening hatch
fig. 1
The handle of the hatch (fig. 5) is not fixed to the same hatch but is inserted
when required.
The handle is to be inserted in the lower part of the mouth outline frame,
forking it in the appropriate pegs.
The handle is only needed to lift or lower the hatch.
hearths inside covering (fig.2)
The covering is made of ECOKERAM®: a new refractory material with mullite
base cooked at 1200° C.
ECOKERAM® has the peculiarity to accumulate heat during fuelling and to

gradually release it, even during the switching off phase. ECOKERAM® enables
to reach a very high temperature inside the hearth, optimising the fuelling and
reducing the emissions.
