OVERHEATING SECURITY FUNCTION
The pump is equipped with an overheating security device. When the water tank is used, the pump
may overheat. If a high temperature was to be reached, the overheating device activates to avoid
damaging the pump. You then need to set the temperature wheel to "MIN", unplug the device and
insure the water tank is properly filled in. If this happens, just refill the tank, place it back into the
correct position and wait 30 minutes before using the appliance again.
HOW TO USE THE HANDLE
You can use the handle to carry the steam ironing system. If you wish to lock the handle,
press the two buttons simultaneously (Fig.7). After usage, let the device cool down
completely and place the iron back to its rest pad. You can then place the handle in a vertical
position (Fig.8); you will hear a "click" sound when the handle is in the correct position
suitable for transportation.
REPLACING THE FILTER
Remove the reservoir before taking off the old filter and replacing it with a new one. (Fig.9).
ANTI LIME SCALE SYSTEM
1. The filter will limit the generation of lime scale to preserve your appliance.
2. Replace the filter every couple of months. (Base : 1.0L / Hour x 2 times per week). If you
use a damage filter, lime scale will form inside the water tank.
It is recommended to replace the filter regularly and based on the harshness of the tap water,
you may consider using distilled water.
