Replacing the Bacteriological Filter
Frequency: Every 6 months or 500 cycles.
1.
Open the unit door.
2.
Unscrew the bacteriological filter.
3.
Replace it with a new filter. Tighten by hand only.
CAUTION! A bacteriological filter must always be in place during a cycle. Running a cycle without a biological filter in
place will compromise the sterility of the load.

Replacing the Door Seal
Frequency: Every 6 months or 500 cycles.
CAUTION! Hot Chamber.
The unit's Stand-by mode is preset to maintain a hot chamber. Turn the unit off and allow adequate time for it to cool
before performing maintenance.

Remove the old gasket by pulling it out of position.
Clean the door gasket seat of any debris.
2.
Put the new door gasket in place, and press the gasket
into its seat. Start at the top, then sides, then bottom. With
four sides seated, push the remaining gasket completely
into its seat.
