    12.4. LE MAIOLICHE Le maioliche LA NORDICA sono prodotti di alta fattura artigianale e come tali possono presentare micro-puntinature, cavillature ed imperfezioni cromatiche. Queste caratteristiche ne testimoniano la pregiata natura. Smalto e maiolica, per il loro diverso coefficiente di dilatazione, producono microscrepolature (cavillatura) che ne dimostrano l’effettiva autenticità.

    TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION The chimney stoves of La Nordica are suitable to heat living spaces for some periods. As fuel, wood logs are used. The stove is made of sheets in galvanized and painted steel, of cast iron (grate and grate holder of the hearth, exhaust pipe) of majolica tiles and of glass panels.

    PLASMA 80:26 – 80v:30 Solid combustion residuals (ashes) must be collected in an air-tight and fire-resistant container. The appliance must never be switched on when there are gaseous emissions or vapours (for example glue for linoleum, gasoline etc.). Do not deposit flammable materials close to the same.

    PLASMA 80:26 – 80v:30 12.3. CLEANING OF THE ASH DRAWER All the appliances are equipped with a hearth grate and an ash drawer for the collection of the ashes (Picture 8 pos. A). It is suggested to empty periodically the ash drawer and to avoid it fills completely in order not to overheat the grate.

    Bei zeitweiliger Heizung nimmt die Heizkapazität im Falle von Unterbrechungen von mehr als 8 Stunden um ungefähr 25% ab. TECHNISCHE BESCHREIBUNG Die Kaminöfen von La Nordica eignen sich zum Beheizen von Wohnräumen über bestimmte Zeiträume. Als Brennstoff werden Holzscheite verwendet. Das Gerät besteht aus emaillierten und verzinkten Stahlblechplatten, Gusseisenteilen (Rost und Rostträger des Feuerraums, Rauchring), Details in Majolika und Glasflächen.

    Das ersetzte Bauteil muss dem gleichem Ausmaß des Ofens entsprechen und ab dem unteren Teil des Geräts muss es von mindestens 100 cm hervortreten (siehe Abschnitt 16 Pos.C). La Nordica S.p.a. haftet nicht für Produkte, die ohne Genehmigung geändert wurden, und ebenso wenig, wenn keine Originalersatzteile verwendet wurde.

    PLASMA 80:26 – 80v:30 Entfernung kann auf 40 cm verringert werden, wenn vor dem gesamten zu schützenden Bauteil eine beidseitig belüftete und hitzebeständige Schutzvorrichtung angebracht wird. Der Ofen darf nur mit eingesetzter Aschenlade betrieben werden. Die festen Verbrennungsrückstände (Asche) müssen in einem hermetisch geschlossenen und feuerfesten Behälter gesammelt werden. Der Ofen darf niemals in Gegenwart von Gas- oder Dampfemissionen (z.B.

    PLASMA 80:26 – 80v:30 Ein zu kleiner Querschnitt verursacht eine Verminderung des Zuges. Eine Mindesthöhe von 4 m wird empfohlen. Folgende Materialen sind verboten und gefährden demzufolge den richtigen Betrieb der Ausrüstung: Asbestfaserstoff, verzinkter Stahl, innerliche rohe und porige Oberflächen. ABB. 3 gibt einige Losungsbeispiele an.

    12.4. DIE MAJOLIKEN Die LA NORDICA Majoliken sind feinste handwerkliche Erzeugnisse und können daher winzige Nadelstiche, Haarrisse und Farbfehler aufweisen. Diese Merkmale sind ein Beweis für ihre hochwertige Beschaffenheit. Email und Majolika bilden auf Grund ihres unterschiedlichen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten winzige Risse (Haarrisse), die ihre tatsächliche Echtheit beweisen.

    PLASMA 80:26 – 80v:30 14. ANSCHLUSS AN DEN RAUCHABZUG EINES OFFENEN KAMINS Der Rauchkanal ist der Rohrabschnitt, der das Produkt mit dem Rauchabzug verbindet. Bei der Verbindung sind diese einfachen, aber äußerst wichtigen Grundsätze zu beachten: • Auf keinen Fall darf ein Rauchkanal benutzt werden, der einen geringeren Durchmesser als die Ausgangsmanschette hat, mit dem das Produkt ausgestattet ist.
