Place the cardboard protectors on the frame

and rear axle stands. Now remove the cable
that comes from the frame and connects to
the handlebar display (the cable that comes
from the motor). Unbolt the handlebar from
the stem and place the handlebar vertically in
the designated cut-out in the front axle stand.
Take care not to damage any cables or wires.
Remove the Di2 cable (if present) from the

derailleur using the Shimano tool. Unscrew
the derailleur from the derailleur hanger to
avoid any damage to the frame. Cover the
derailleur with bubble wrap and secure it with
a zip tie.
Place the wheels next to the frame. To en-

sure their stability, cut-outs are provided for
the wheels in the carton base. Then secure
the wheels, frame, and handlebar with the
Top Box.
