Remove the zip ties with a wire cutter and

remove the stem bolts with a 4mm allen key.
First tighten the lower clamp bolts to the

indicated torque value. Make sure no gap
is visible (zero gap). Then tighten the upper
clamp bolts.

Grease the threads and the bolts and place

them to one side.
Make sure the upper bolt gaps are even and

that the handlebar is correctly centered in the
stem. The guide lines on the handlebar will
help with this. All bolts should be torqued to
the spec provided by the manufacturer of the
handlebar and/or stem.
Slide the stem clamps onto the handlebar,

insert the greased bolts into the clamps and
screw them on the stem (allen key 4 mm).
Pay attention to the correct alignment of the
handlebar clamps.
