NOTE: Power tools are subject to accelerated wear and
possible premature failures when sawing fibreglass,
wallboard or plaster parts. The chips and grindings from
these materials are highly abrasive to bearings, brushes,
commutators, etc. It is not recommended to use the tool
on these materials for continuous operation. When saw-
ing such materials it is extremely important to clean the
power tool frequently with compressed air.
IMPORTANT! To assure product safety and reliability,
repairs, maintenance and adjustment (including brush
inspection and replacement) should be performed by
certified service centres or other qualified service or-
ganisations, always using genuine replacement parts.

Warranty

The guarantee period for SPARKY power tools is deter-
mined in the guarantee card.
Faults due to normal wear, overloading or improper han-
dling will be excluded from the guarantee.
Faults due to defective materials implemented as well as
defects in workmanship will be corrected free of charge
through replacement or repair.
The complaints for defective SPARKY power tools will
be recognized if the machine is sent back to the dealer
or is presented to the authorised warranty service centre
undismantled, in its initial condition.
