8. Handgrips (Fig. 2)

The handgrips can be adjusted in height by
following steps:
Press on the spring pin .
Move the handgrip until the desired
height (6 different positions: steps from
25 mm). Check that the brake cable
cannot stick around the crutch holder.
Check that the spring pin
back and firmly fixated in a hole.
Adjust the other handgrip with the
same instructions.
Check that both handgrips are placed
in the same position. When standing
straight, the handgrips should be as high
as your wrists. Leave your arms hanging
loose. Elbows should be flexed at 20° to
30°.
9. Brake system

The rollator has been equipped with a
multifunctional brake system. The brake
levers underneath the handgrips are regular
brakes as well as parking brakes.
For the usage of a
short brake (regular
brakes), pull the brake
lever upwards (toward
the
handgrip).
For the usage of a long brake (parking brake),
push the brake lever downwards till you hear
a locking sound of the brake. The wheels (use
both
parking
brakes
simultaneously) are now blocked until you pull
the parking brakes upwards again.
10. Basket

basket.
The shopping basket is meant to be
mounted on the front side. Mount the
shopping basket with the two basket
attachments to the tubes of the rollator seat
frame .
The maximum carrying weight from the
shopping basket is 5 kg.
