4.3. Water supply

• PE-Aluminum pipe provided acts as water pipeline. On the rear of the
oven, there is a ball valve, pipe connection needs to be made at this valve
via the connectors attached. The connection should be tested for any
leaks.
• W ater supplied for steam pod should be filtered and softened in order to
add years to steam pod's service life. Water pressure must be at 3-6 bar.

5. DISASSEMBLY
• The oven can be disassembled into decks easily in case some customers
want their ovens to get to the installation site through a small entrance.
• Remove the cover plate at the left and right side of the oven, remove all
the bolts that connect steel bars together.
• Disconnect the electrical wires and copper pipe in distribution cabinet.
• Relocate the oven deck by deck in sequence, make sure that the insulati-
on will not fall out of the oven when moving to next place.
6. TEST
• Remove all protective coatings from the machine surface.
• W hen oven with the steel hearth is started up for first time, heat the oven
to 250℃. (Refer to the operation section of this manual for controller
operating instructions) During the first few hours, you may notice a small
amount of smoke coming off the oven, and a faint odor from the smoke.
This is normal for a new oven and will disappear after the first few hours of
test.
• W hen oven with the stone hearth is started up for first time, please burn as
follow steps to avoid breakage of stone hearth: start from 50℃, increase
the temperature by 50℃ per 2 hours, till reach 250℃.
• C heck the oven for leaks, excessive smoke, failure of controller, etc. Re-
port any abnormal condition to SINMAG after-sale service department and
never operate this equipment before receiving instructions.
It is recommended that to mount a hood with extractor
fan directly over the oven to discharge steam and
cooking smoke out of room, Φ200 metal bellows is
needed to connect the hood with opening on the wall or
roof, thus the risk of corrosion and short circuit caused
by moisture can be reduced to the greatest extent.
