2. INTRODUCTION
Features of Machine
• The unit is a compact and attractive appliance which is suitable for in-store
bakery and corner bakery.
• The oven is composed of detachable decks, which makes the job easier
when customers want to move the oven to installation site. Stainless steel
frame, bottom-placed proofer and top-placed convection oven are options
that add flexibility and convenience to the bakery.
• T he exterior of the oven is constructed of stainless steel, the chamber of
the oven is constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminized steel.
• High-temp insulation around the baking chamber is able to reduce heat
loss and increase energy efficiency.
• Decks with individual temperature, time control for separate baking of
different products, accessories such as stone, steam pod give each bakery
the opportunity to create ovens which suit precisely its requirements.
