INSTALLATION - ASSEMBLY

Make all necessary preparations for assembly / disassembly before you begin with the following steps.
1. Secure the existing support rail and check that it is free of voltage.
2. Disconnect the supply cable of the old lighting system.
3. Disassemble the old equipment carrier of the lighting system.
4. Check the support rail for load-bearing strength (tensile test) and accuracy of fit of the Pro-Line
Retrofit attachments (all attachments can be moved if necessary).
For mounting rails with mounting clip system 1:

5. Check the earthing of the mounting rail properly (see mounting instructions).
The pre-installed earthing cable can be used for earthing the carrier rail.
6. Insert mounting aid.
7. Clamp the supply line to the Pro-Line Retrofit Module by tapping the existing wiring or with
the Pro-Line Retrofit connector 40640390 (WAGO 267-501).

8. If necessary, change the phase at the supply connector (male connector, WAGO 267-510)
(see the following section 'Electrical connection').
9. Fold out the connecting line.
10. Click in Pro-Line Retrofit (*Click*).
11. Check the lighting system for horizontal and linear alignment and readjust if necessary.
12. Commissioning of the LED lighting system.
When assembling with a support rail, start at point 4.

Dangerous voltages! Installation and maintenance must only be carried out by qualified personnel!
