17.2 Install a floor drain optional)

Install a floor drain with a slight slope to avoid:
• unpleasant odours inside the cabinet
• dispersion of cooled air
• malfunction of the cabinet due to moisture
Procedure
• install a suitable siphon between the drain and the connection to ground
• hermetically seal the area of drainage to ground.

periodically check that hydraulic connections are perfectly efficient, contacting a qualified
installer.

18. Demisting and anti-condensation

Fogging and condensation are eliminated by the heaters fitted in the cabinet.

19. Lighting

The cabinets are supplied with LED lights (Fig.14).
The lights switch is near the electronic controller (Fig.10)
CAUTION! Accidental breakage of bulbs. Injury. Contamination of the goods.
- wear the envisioned PPE
- cut off power supply to the cabinet
- remove all goods
- clean as indicated in section 22.4
- remove any trace of glass from the goods
- reload the cabinet with goods cleaned thoroughly
- restore electrical power supply

20. Close the sliding windows

Bergen 2 is equipped with low emissivity sliding windows.
Benefits • significant reduction in energy used for refrigeration
• improved temperature of food
• increased quality of preservation

What to avoid
Check frequently that the sliding windows are completely closed.

21. Replace the lights

DANGER! Live parts. Electrocution.
REMOVE THE ELECTRIC POWER SUPPLY BEFORE ANY OPERATION!

• check the causes of the malfunction
• use the handle to slide the glass on PVC tracks
• DO NOT use excessive force
• DO NOT carry out different manoeuvres with
the closure and movement system
• DO NOT drag or slide the locks in other ways;
risk of damaging the locks and injury
• NEVER use the sliding locks to support the prod-
ucts during loading; the closures have not been
designed to sustain loads .(Fig.13)
• DO NOT leave the sliding windows open or ajar.
