How to defrost food by time

To defrost food by time:
1. Press the WEIGHT/TIME DEFROST button two times. The display shows
"dEF2".
2. Turn the TIME/WEIGHT/AUTO MENU control button to select the cooking
time.

5.10 How to cook in multi-stages

The appliance can be programmed for up to two automatic cooking sequences.
For example, you could start with microwave cooking at power level X, followed by
microwave cooking at power level Y. When using the defrosting feature, it should
always be the first stage. The buzzer will ring once after the first stage and before
the next stage.NOTICE Auto menu mode cannot be set in the multi-stage cooking
mode.
Example: You can set the appliance to defrost the food for 5 minutes and then cook
with 80% microwave power for 7 minutes.
