The spring cannot be compressed any further when the coils touch each other.
Do not keep screwing after the spring has been compressed or when the two forks touch each other.
When using pneumatic or electric tools, never exceed 180 Nm maximum torque.
Safety Pin - 1
When the maximum torque is exceeded, to prevent the compressor from getting damaged, the safety pin breaks and
the handle becomes loose. Fix the safety pin as follows:
1. Remove the handle
2. Remove the broken safety pin
3. Replace the bolt on the impact wrench. Turn the bolt until the safety pin holes are aligned. Fit in a new safety pin
and replace the handle: the compressor is now ready for use.
Maintenance and Cleaning
• Always keep the machine clean.
• Oil the worm screw, if need be, and at least every six months anyway.
WARRANTY
